Bei Faszien Yoga lernt man die Kunst des Yoga aus einer Ausrichtung kennen, die besonderen Wert legt auf das muskuläre Bindegewebe – die sogenannten Faszien. Hierbei sind nicht nur die weißfarbigen dünnen Muskelhüllen oder die Gelenkkapseln und deren Bänder gemeint, sondern das ganze – den Körper vom Scheitel bis zur Sohle umfassende und durchdringende – Netzwerk aus Kollagenfasern, das sich in der Entwicklungsgeschichte speziell durch Zugspannungen heraus gebildet hat.

Bhakti bedeutet "Hingabe" oder Liebe und dieser Pfad beinhaltet verschiedene Praktiken um den Bhakta (den Ausübenden des Bhakti Yoga) mit dem Göttlichen zu vereinigen. Alles ist nur eine Manifestation des Göttlichen und alles andere ist bedeutungslos, also auch das Ego. Wenn der Bhakta von der göttlichen Gnade gesegnet wird, fühlt er eine ungeteilte Einheit und das nicht-duale Bewusstsein hat den Vorrang in ihm. Bhakti Yoga wird als die direkteste Methode angesehen, mit dem kosmischen Bewusstsein zu verschmelzen. 

*Bhakti means “devotion” or “love” and this path contains various practices to unite the bhakta (Bhakti Yoga practitioner) with the Divine. Everything is but a manifestation of the divine and all else is meaningless, including the Ego. When the Bhakta is blessed by divine grace he feels an undivided union and non-dual consciousness prevails. Bhakti Yoga is regarded as the most direct method to merge in cosmic consciousness.*

What is Hoop Yoga? by Rebecca Halls

Hoop Yoga is a fusion of new and old forms of somatic education; a marriage between systematic structures of asanas and pranayama and the dynamic qualities of hoop dance which stimulates our subtle anatomy. Connecting to one's own respiration, and being aware of one's central axis allows this practice to be an energising and fun dance between control and surrender. 
Class begins with breath work and meditation, then transitions into a series of vinyasas where the hoop serves as a playful assistant in deepening the surrender to asana and one's own rhythm and flow of breath. Hoop Yoga stimulates our head-tail connection activating the life force (Prana/Qi), waking up the fluids and nerves in the spine to circulate new energy into organs, muscles and bones and extremities.

"Nivata Yoga steht für die lebendige Stille", sagte Katharina Middendorf zu mir, nachdem ich an einer ihre so besonderen Stunden teilnehmen durfte. Nivata Yoga ist von der Abfolge der Übungen nicht vergleichbar mit dem, was ich bisher ausprobiert habe. Die Sequenzen bei nivata sind energetisch verbunden und nicht choreographisch.
