Dieses mal habe ich die Detox Woche mit Katrin gemeinsam gemacht und zu ZWEIT im Team macht es sehr viel mehr Spass. Man kann sich gegenseitig unterstützen, bemitleiden und gemeinsam hungrig sein. Das hat große Vorteile.

Die offizielle Fastenzeit ist zwar vorbei, aber nach dem Schoko-Alarm und einigen kulinarischen Höhepunkten vom Osterwochenende kommt mal wieder eine kleine Saftkur genau richtig. Dieses Mal nicht ich alleine, sonder zu zweit: Katrin und ich mischen uns etwas köstliches zusammen. Wir bündeln unsere Ressourcen, denn Katrin hat einen Vitamix und ich einen Entsafter. Wir werden ein paar uns bekannte Detox Kuren kombinieren und schauen wie es uns bekommt. Folgendes werden wir im Auge behalten: Wohlbefinden, Gewicht, Dynamik, Praktikabel, Preis?

*The official lent may be over but after the chocolate-alarm and some culinary highlights of the Easter-weekend, a little juice-cure comes in handy. This time not only for me but also for Katrin: Her and I will mix something tasty. We will join forces, for Katrin has a Vitamix and I a juice-extractor. We will combine some detox-cures known to us and see how they suit us. We will have an eye on the following aspects: Well-being, weight, dynamics, feasibility, price.*

Es gibt die tollsten Rezepte online und wirklich wunderbare Rezeptbücher. Nur manchmal habe ich in der Früh spontan Lust auf einen frisch gepressten Saft, aber meistens habe ich dann natürlich nicht extra eingekauft; allerdings habe ich oft Reste von verschiedenen Obst und Gemüsesorten. Daher eine wunderbare Reste - Verwertungs- Aktion!

*There are the greatest recipes to be found online as well as in wonderful books. It happens rather rarely that I have cravings for a freshly squeezed juice in the morning and most of those times I of course haven't bought anything for that. But sometimes I have leftovers of different kinds of fruits and vegetables, so this is a great way of making use of them.*

Was die Jungs in München anpacken, das machen sie richtig. Nach dem Edmoses, Bob Beaman und der James T. Hunt Bar, folgt jetzt: SUPER DANKE. Zur Abwechslung keine Bar oder Club, sondern einen ORGANIC LIQUIDS Store mit Max von Treu als Partner. Ab dieser Woche gehen die Türen auf.
So ein Laden hat München noch nicht gesehen und ich persönlich habe auch noch keinen in Deutschland mit einem ähnlich köstlichen und zugleich gesunden Angebot an Smoothies und Cold Pressed Juices entdeckt.

Munich so far hasn't featured a store like this and I myself also haven't come upon anything in Germany with a comparable range of smoothies and cold pressed juices that are this delicious and simultaneously healthy.*
