Was die Jungs in München anpacken, das machen sie richtig. Nach dem Edmoses, Bob Beaman und der James T. Hunt Bar, folgt jetzt: SUPER DANKE. Zur Abwechslung keine Bar oder Club, sondern einen ORGANIC LIQUIDS Store mit Max von Treu als Partner. Ab dieser Woche gehen die Türen auf.

So ein Laden hat München noch nicht gesehen und ich persönlich habe auch noch keinen in Deutschland mit einem ähnlich köstlichen und zugleich gesunden Angebot an Smoothies und Cold Pressed Juices entdeckt.

Die Organic Liquids sind 100% VEGAN und werden aus meist saisonalen, lokalen und biologischen Rohstoffen hergestellt.

Die Cold Pressed Juices werden in Kooperation mit der Saftmanufaktur PRESSBAR frisch hergestellt. Meist werden Säfte mit Hilfe einer Zentrifuge gewonnen, wobei Hitze entsteht und wertvolle Inhaltsstoffe verloren gehen. Hier werden sie kalt gepresst und niemals pasteurisiert, so dass sie das Maximum an wertvollen Vitaminen, Mineralien, Spurenelementen und Enzymen enthalten. Genau all das was das Immunsystem stärken kann.

Die Green Smoothies werden aus Gemüse, Früchten und einem Schuss Wasser bzw. Nussmilch oder Saft in einem Hochleistungsmixer frisch bei Bestellung gemischt. Darin werden die Zellulosewände der Pflanzenzellen aufgebrochen, so dass der Körper die darin enthaltenen Nährstoffe nahezu vollständig aufnehmen kann. Sie werden püriert, nicht entsaftet und schmecken nicht grün, staubig und nur gesund, sondern einfach köstlich. Die Rezepte sind ausgefallen zusammen gestellt, geschmacklich super und dabei natürlich gesund, denn der Körper wird mit wichtigen Kraftstoffen versorgt.

Ich durfte einen "JOHNNY KALE" (Grünkohl, Orange, Banane, Reis, Kokosmilch) testen und war begeistert. Geschmacklich hervorragend und dabei sehr sättigend- eine richtige kleine Mahlzeit. Perfekt um ein Mittagstief zu überbrücken. Ich bin auch ein grosser Freund von den EXTRAS: Chiasamen, Leinsamen, Hanf Protein Pulver, Kokoschips und Müsli.

Der Höhepunkt für mich persönlich ist eine von PRESSBAR und SUPERDANKE kreierte Saft-Kur die das Immunsystem stärken und den Gewichtsverlust fördern soll. Die Cleanse umfasst 5 Tage lang, täglich 4 verschiedene grüne Säfte (0,25l) sowie eine Einheit Nussmilch. Und jetzt kommt das Beste:

To keep it colourful, this time it isn't a club or a bar but an ORGANIC LIQUIDS store with Max von Treu as a partner which will open its gates this week.

Munich so far hasn't featured a store like this and I myself also haven't come upon anything in Germany with a comparable range of smoothies and cold pressed juices that are this delicious and simultaneously healthy.

The Organic Liquids are 100% vegan and are made of seasonal, local and organic commodities.

The cold pressed juices are freshly made in cooperation with the juice manufacture PRESSBAR. Usually, juices are won in a centrifuge which generates heat which again leads to the loss of valuable ingredients. Here they are cold pressed and never pasteurised so they contain a maximum of valuable vitamins, minerals, trace elements and enzymes. Just the things you need to boost your immune system.

The green smoothies are freshly made of vegetables, fruits, a dash of water or nut-milk or juice, respectively in a high-performance-blender on your order. In this blender, the cellulose walls of the plant cells are cracked open so the body can absorb the nutrients contained in them almost completely. They are mashed, not juiced and don't taste green, dusty or just healthy but simply delicious. The recipes are quite the exotic mixtures, taste great and are of course incredibly healthy because the body is supplied important fuel.

I had the privilege to test a “JOHNNY KALE” (green cabbage, orange, banana, rice, coconut milk) and was delighted. The taste was exquisite and simultaneously the whole thing was very satisfying – almost a small meal, perfect to get over a noontime low. I'm also a great fan of their EXTRAS: Chia seeds, flax seed, hemp protein powder, coconut chips and granola.

My personal highlight is a juice cure created by PRESSBAR and SUPERDANKE which is supposed to boost the immune system and help with losing weight. This cleanse is done by imbibing four green juices (0,25 l) on a daily basis for five days, as well as one unit of nut-milk. And now for the best part:
