Es gibt die tollsten Rezepte online und wirklich wunderbare Rezeptbücher. Nur manchmal habe ich in der Früh spontan Lust auf einen frisch gepressten Saft, aber meistens habe ich dann natürlich nicht extra eingekauft; allerdings habe ich oft Reste von verschiedenen Obst und Gemüsesorten.
