Die offizielle Fastenzeit ist zwar vorbei, aber nach dem Schoko-Alarm und einigen kulinarischen Höhepunkten vom Osterwochenende kommt mal wieder eine  kleine Saftkur genau richtig. Dieses Mal nicht ich alleine, sonder zu zweit: Katrin und ich mischen uns etwas köstliches zusammen. Wir bündeln unsere Ressourcen, denn Katrin hat einen Vitamix und ich einen Entsafter. Wir werden ein paar uns bekannte Detox Kuren kombinieren und schauen wie es uns bekommt. Folgendes werden wir im Auge behalten: Wohlbefinden, Gewicht, Dynamik, Praktikabel, Preis?

This time not only for me but also for Katrin: Her and I will mix something tasty. We will join forces, for Katrin has a Vitamix and I a juice-extractor. We will combine some detox-cures known to us and see how they suit us. We will have an eye on the following aspects: Well-being, weight, dynamics, feasibility, price.*
