Cous Cous Salad

Couscous mit Gemüsebrühe übergießen und quellen lassen. Radieschen in feine streifen schneiden, Paprika in Stückchen, Cashew rösten und in Stücke hacken, Kräuter klein hacken, mit dem Öl, Zitronensaft, Chili, Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Alles in einer Schale verrühren und mit dem Couscous vermengen.

*Douse couscous with broth and let soak. Cut radishes into small stripes, bell peppers into pieces, roast cashew and chop them up, chop up the herbs into small pieces, oil, lemon juice, chili, salt and pepper to taste. Scramble everything in a bowl and mix with couscous. *
