SUPERFOOD Kolumne Goji Beeren*SUPERFOOD Column: Goji-berries*
Goji-Beeren liefern außerdem so genannte Polysaccharide.

Goji-berries furthermore are a rich source of certain secondary phytochemicals, the so called sesquiterpene. These boost the release of human growth hormons within the pituitary. These three nutrients or micro-nutrients, respectively also support a healthy production of growth hormones.
Helping you grow during childhood and puberty, by the way, is not the only function of growth hormones, they have many more. On the one hand they of course support the increase of our muscle mass which will delight ambitious sportsmen. On the other hand, though, they can be the reason for better stress-resistance.
