Was die zweite Woche für uns bereit gehalten hat
Jetzt ging es los mit was "allgemein gilt".
Allgemein gilt: Nur Produkte mit höchstens 6 Gramm Zucker auf 100 Gramm. Bei Milchprodukten sind 4,7 Gramm natürlicher Milchzucker, welchen man konsumieren darf. Aller Zuckergehalt darüber ist hinzugefügt.

*What the second week brought us
Now we enter the "general" phase.
And "general" means only products with 6 gram of sugar per 100 g. With milk products, 4,7g of course are milk sugar which you are allowed to take in. But everything beyond that has been added artificially.*
