Trockenpflaumen liefern eine gute Portion Vitamin E und Mineralstoffe wie Kalium, Calcium, Magnesium und Eisen. Ein hoher Gehalt an Ballaststoffen trägt zur Darmgesundheit bei. Die Quellstoffe binden Wasser und sorgen dafür, dass der Nahrungsbrei den Darm schneller passieren kann, und helfen, den Cholesterinspiegel zu regulieren.

*Prunes provide a healthy amount of vitamin E and minerals as potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron. A high amount of fibres is beneficial for the intestinal flora. The swelling agents bind water, help the bolus pass the intestines more quickly and contribute to the regulation of the cholesterol level.*
