Die Kakifrucht enthält neben Fruchtzucker auch viel Glukose und versorgt den Körper rasch mit neuer Energie. Besonders wertvoll macht sie der hohe Anteil an Beta-Carotin (Provitamin A). Vitamin A unterstützt unter anderem den Sehprozess und viele Wachstumsvorgänge. Bereits ein bis zwei Kakis können den Tagesbedarf eines Erwachsenen decken. Das enthaltene Vitamin C schützt vor Zellschädigungen. Von den Mineralien sind Kalium und Phosphor reichlich vorhanden. Kalium hat vielfältige Aufgaben im Körper.

*The khaki-fruit besides fruit-sugar contains lots of glucose and supplies the body quickly with fresh energy but what makes it particularly valuable is its high content of beta-carotene (provitamin A). Vitamin A among other things supports the visual process as well as many growth processes. One or two khakis a day are enough to cover the daily requirements of a grown man.
