Was ich nach einem Jahr Recherche für YOGATONIC für mich persönlich ernährungs- und bewegungstechnisch gelernt habe: jeder Körper ist ANDERS und hat komplett unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse. 
Bewegungstechnisch habe ich für mich festgestellt: ich bin jemand den Sportarten mit extrem schnell erhöhtem Pulsschlag extrem stressen. Nach z.B. 60 Minuten Crossfit fühlen ich mich nicht grandios und ausgepowert, sondern bin völlig am Ende und schlapp.

*One thing I've learned after one year of doing research for YOGATONIC about diet and movement: Each body is different and has completely different needs. 
When it comes to movement, I have realised for myself: I am someone who gets stressed out extremely when doing sports which rapidly raise your pulse. For example, after 60 minutes of Crossfit I don't feel gorgeous and exhausted but rather running on empty and limp.*
