Draußen kalt und ungemütlich habe ich mich zu dem Yoga Studio Werkstatt 7 aufgemacht. Genau das richtige Studio an einem solchen Wintertag: schöne Gewölbedecken und viele Kerzen, die den Übungsraum besonders gemütlich und heimelig machen. Die weiteren Räumlichkeiten sind gepflegt und farbenfroh. Die Tee-Ecke besonders einladend.

Es werden viele verschiedene Kurse angeboten. Ich habe eine Gentle Yoga Stunde bei Heike besucht. Yoga Flow, Yoga Rücken, Ashtanga Yoga und Yoga für Schwangere wird ebenfalls angeboten. Außerdem steht Pilates auf dem Plan. Ich habe mir sagen lassen, dass die Pilates Kurse besonders beliebt sein sollen.

Heike war besonders zugänglich und hat sich mit Hingabe Ihren Schülern gewidmet, vielversprechend für ein allgemein tolles Team bei Werkstatt 7.

Ein Besuch ist Werkstatt 7 in jeder Hinsicht wert.

*It was cold and unfriendly outside so I decided to set out to the Yoga Studio Werkstatt 7. Just the right studio for a winter's day like this: beautiful vaulted ceiling and a host of candles to make the exercise room cosy and homely. The other rooms are neat and colourful, the tea-corner being an especially inviting space.

The offer is comprised of many different courses. I visited the Gentle Yoga session with Heike. Yoga Flow, Yoga for the back, Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga for the pregnant are also offered. Furthermore, you will also find Pilates on the Schedule. Word is that the Pilates courses are particularly popular.

Heike was very amenable and devotedly took care of her students which casts a promising light on the team of Werkstatt 7.
