Ich kann es nicht lassen, ich hatte so eine Freude mit diesen 5 weiteren Restaurants, dass ich sie unbedingt mit Euch teilen möchte. Los Angeles übertrifft sich was das Essen angeht wirklich selbst…und mir ist immer noch nicht klar, warum keiner das in Berlin irgendwie hinbekommt, denn irgendetwas fehlt dort immer. Berlin hat andere Besonderheiten. Nun zu meinen 5 weiteren Highlight was die gute Kalifornische Küche angeht.
*I just cannot leave it - I have to share another 5 great places to eat around Los Angeles. L.A. is just the best for food to me. I do not really understand why nowhere near we have only on place like these in Berlin, but there is always hope I guess. Berlin has other advantages. So here you go with my next 5 recommendations:*
Großartiger Laden: mitten in Culver City macht ‘Destroyer’ große Freude zum Mittagessen. Absolut stylisch und innovativ. Das Menu ist an die Wand projiziert und das frische Gemüse springt einem förmlich entgegen. Ich hatte einen salzigen Porridge - eine wahrliche Geschmacksexplusion. Alles in Allem ein absolutes Erlebnis in Culver City, danach kann ich entweder einen Mini Hike keine 5 Minuten entfernt empfehlen und/oder einen Kaffee im 9.
Amazing restaurant: in the mids of Culver city detroyer is great pleasure for lunch - stylish and delicious. The menu is projected to the wall and the first thing you see are the fresh vegetables right in the middle. I had a salty porridge - really amazing special taste. All in all an adventure food wise in Culver City, after what I can highly recommend a mini hike only 5 mins away or a beautiful brewed coffee at ‘9’.*
Ein netter kleiner Fallafel Laden in der Markthalle Grand Central. Die Falafel war knusprig, frisch und Bio, kann ich sehr empfehlen. Es gibt auch weitere tolle Stände dort. Auch für die Veganer tummeln sich dort allerhand Köstlichkeiten.
A sweet designed little place for falafel at the market Grand Central. The falafel was cross, fresh and organic, so I can highly recommend a stop over at the Grand Central. There are even more vegetarian and vegan options which looked delicious.*
Viele haben mich schon nach Tipps in Santa Monica gefragt, und ich kenne selber nicht vieles, deshalb freue ich mich besonders Euch das Sweetgreen empfehlen zu können. Es ist nicht alles organic, aber vieles. Sie haben ein buntes saisionales Angebot an Salaten und Bowls für das ‘schnellere’Mittagessen. Ideal für einen Snack bei einer kleinen Shopping Tour in Santa Monica.
Somehow quite a few people ask me about lunch or snack recommendations in Santa Monica. I do not know myself many nice food places, so I am happy to share with you the salad and bowl bar Sweetgreen. It’s not all organic but most of it. They offer a saisonal variety of salads and bowls for the faster lunch. Ideal snack in between a shopping tour in Santa Monica.*
The Poke Shack ist der perfekte Ort für eine köstliche Bowl to go. Man kann sich frei nach Wunsch alles zusammen stellen wie man möchte. Mein Favorit war immer mit Seegrass Salat und der Wasabi-Soya Sauce. Auch ideal für ein herrliches Picknick am Strand direkt in Venice Beach. Außerdem ist es direkt um die Ecke von Snapchat, wo irgendwie die fröhliche Internet Atmosphäre herrscht.
Poke Shack is the perfect place for a delicious bowl to go. One can easy put together its own bowl. My favourite one is with seagrass salad and the wasabi sauce. Also ideal for a perfect picknick at the beach. Just around the corner of the headquarter of snapchat:)*
Wild Living Foods ist ein Veganer in Downtown mit köstlichen Säften und Gerichten. Der Chocolate Cheesecake war zum reinlegen - der absolute Hammer. Ich war mit einer Freundin dort, sie ist Veganerin und ein kleiner veganer Cheesecake Experte - sie war auch begeistert. Probiert es aus….
Wild Living Foods is a fancy vegan restaurant with delicious juices, milks and meals. The chocolate cheesecake was just a blessing!!! I was there with my friend and she is vegan and an vegan cheesecake expert and she was delighted. You gotta try!*
