Der 7 Min Workout Fitness Trend aus den USA verspricht: Körperformen und Ausdauer optimieren, dabei auspowern.
Es handelt sich dabei um nur 12 Übungen, die man täglich innerhalb von 7 Min. durchführen soll. Für das Intervall- Training braucht man keine Ausrüstung, sondern kann es problemlos in seinen eigenen vier Wänden mit einem Stuhl und einer Wand absolvieren. Es soll eine effiziente Kombination aus Konditionstraining und Kraftsport sein.

This is about 12 exercises which you are supposed to perform daily within 7 minutes. You don't need any equipment for this kind of interval-training but rather can do it at home with only a chair and a wall to help you.
