Es ist mein schönstes zu Reisen und nicht nur in der eigenen Stadt inspirierende Dinge für einen gesunden und bewegungsfreudigen Alltag zu finden.

Und so hat mich YOGATONIC nach Barcelona geführt. Dass es sich dabei um eine traumhafte südliche Metropole handelt muss ich ja keinem sagen: Barcelona hat alles was das Herz begehrt und noch mehr. Aber ich freue mich alle meine Entdeckungen bezüglich Yoga und gesunder Ernährung zu teilen. Nach 2 Tagen flitzend auf dem Fahrrad habe ich das ein oder andere Yoga Studio, Restaurant, eine Saftbar, besondere Supermärkte und was noch so zur YOGATONIC passt ausfindig gemacht.

And so it came to pass that YOGATONIC brought me to Barcelona. I don't have to tell you that this city is a marvellous southern metropolis: Barcelona offers everything your heart could wish for and more. But I am looking forward to sharing all my discoveries regarding Yoga and healthy diet. After 2 days of buzzing through the city on a bicycle I was able to locate quite a few Yoga studios, restaurants, a juice bar, special supermarkets and more of the spirit of YOGATONIC.
