Mein Mini Guide in Düsseldorf für ein paar Orte, wo man herrlich Essen kann und einen kleinen Einblick in die Yoga Szene Düsseldorfs bekommt:

Laura's Deli
Laura's Deli ist mittlerweile weit über die Düsseldorfer Stadtgrenze bekannt. Laura hat es geschafft gesunde Köstlichkeiten in stylischer Atmosphäre herrlich zu servieren. Sie bietet neben ausgefallenen Salatkombinationen, Smoothies, Avocado Stullen, sogar selbstgemachten Paleo Brot und noch vieles mehr an. Alles ist auch zum Mitnehmen möglich. "You've gotta risk it to get the Biskuit!"

*Laura's Deli
Laura's Deli is very well known all over the place in Germany by now. Laura made it possible to serve delicious health food in an stylish modern atmosphere. She offers fancy combinations of different salads, smoothies, avocado bread with eggs and even a self made pale bread and a lot more than this. You can get everything to go (in beautiful boxes- I like). "You've gotta risk it to get the Biskuit!"*

Sattgrün
Sattgrün ist mir ganze drei mal in Düsseldorf begegnet und ich finde es eine großartige Erfindung. Unaufgeregt,  solide und besonders köstlich werden die unterschiedlichsten veganen Speisen gezaubert. Man kann sich an einem herrlichen Buffett bedienen, das sehr gepflegt präsentiert wird. Besonders gut finde ich, dass an jedem einzelnen Gericht genaue Angaben gemacht werde z.B. Knoblauch, Gluten. Absoluter Hammer: Es gibt so ziemlich jede Nuss-, Hafer-, Reis- oder Soyamilch zum Kaffee,  die man sich nur vorstellen kann. 

*Sattgrün
Sattgrün appears to be at three different places in Düsseldorf and I think its a great invention. Unagitated, solid and especially delicious they conjured great warm and cold vegan dishes. You can serve yourself at a lovely buffet, which is clean and very well presented. I especially like that for every single dish they serve is marked with all the detailed ingredients. Outstanding: they provide any vegan milk you can think of!* 

Greeny in a Bottle
Greeny in a Bottle ist ein kleiner sehr liebevoller  gemachter Laden. Es gibt Mittags verschiedene Salate, frische Säfte und Smoothies. Alles wird persönlich von dem Inhaber Pärchen zubereitet. Die Salate schmecken besonders köstlich, sie sind mit frischen Kräutern gewürzt. Greene in a Bottle ist der perfekte Ort für ein gesundes und köstliches Mittagessen, abseits vom Trubel in persönliche familiärer Atmosphäre.

Green in a bottle is a deli made with love.They serve different handmade salads for lunch time, fresh juices and smoothies. Everything is fresh prepared by the owner couple itself The salads are especially good with different herbs. Green in a Bottle is the perfect place for a healthy and delicious lunch, apart from the crowd in a lovely familiar atmosphere. *

Karmakarma Yoga
Karmakarma Yoga ist ein ausgesprochen harmonisches und gepflegtes Yoga Studio. Die Räume sind wie gemacht für herrliche Yoga Stunden: lichtdurchflutet Kursräume und hohe stuckbesetzte Decken mit herrlichen Altbaufenstern laden zur Yoga auf der Matte ein. Weiter hier...
