I would like to invite you to an amazing trip into the charming landscape of southern France. For one week we focus on all the things which fill us up with pure joy. We are located at a wonderful spot in the middle of pure nature. The holistic center called “Chez Zen” is full of beauty, abundance and peace. It is the perfect place for the holistic work of Yoga for Peace (yoga, meditation, healing). We practice yoga and meditation whilst being in the most exquisite nature. For our meals we get spoiled with the organic, home grown food of the Chez Zen farm.
