Join Lainie for a week of yoga and the good life at a lovely retreat center nestled in the midst of the remote Italian countryside, yet still just an hour outside of Rome. Accommodation is in two beautifully restored 17th-century stone farmhouses with simple, stylish rooms overlooking olive groves, fruit trees and the verdant surrounding hillsides. The grounds are lush and abundant, with a natural spring, gardens, pond and swimming pool. Enjoy morning and evening yoga classes with Lainie in the spectacular outdoor yoga pavilion, with plenty of free time in between.
We will explore the local region through hikes and day trips to experience the beauty of this ancient region and its rich culinary heritage, famous since antiquity. Meals made from the freshest of local ingredients will be prepared for us by our personal chef and enjoyed around a traditional family-style table. Therapeutic massages and healing treatments are also available. Rome is just nearby, and day trips are possible to beautiful Orvieto and stunning Assisi.
