Studio 78 in Hamburg Eimsbüttel

Auch in Eimsbüttel habe ich mal eine Zeitlang gewohnt und hätte mich sehr gefreut, wenn es das Yoga und Pilates Studio "Studio 78" bereitszu dieser Zeit schon gegeben hätte. Denn dann wäre ich sicher öfter dort auf die Matte geflitzt. Von meinem damaligen Küchenfenster hätte ich direkt auf den Eingang des Studios schauen können.

*Eimsbüttel is yet another place where I have lived for a while and so I would have been quite happy if the Yoga and Pilates studio "Studio 78" would have existed back then for this would have allowed me to come over for a quick session on the mat every now and then - the entrance of the studio is right across from my former kitchen window. *

Ein paar Jahre habe ich im Grindelhof gewohnt und es besonders genossen. Und wer hätte es gedacht, es hat neben Iyoti Yoga noch ein weiteres Yoga Studio eröffnet: Damm Good Yoga. Von liebevoll kuratierten Yoga Studios kann es auch keinesfalls genug geben.

*I have lived at Grindelhof for a few years and enjoyed them a lot. And who would have thought - now yet another Yoga studio has opened its doors: Damn Good Yoga. After all, there can never be enough lovingly curated Yoga studios.*

Das Studio "Power Yoga" ist aus Hamburg gar nicht mehr wegzudenken. Power Yoga gibt es sogar zweimal: in Winterhude und in der Schanze. Die Studios gehören zum festen Bestandteil der Yogaszene vor Ort.

*Hamburg by now just wouldn't be the same anymore without the studio „Power Yoga“ which you can even find twice in the city: In Winterhude and at the Schanze. The studios are firmly established in the local Yoga-community.*

Zwei wirklich hinreißende Mädels haben in Hamburg Eimsbüttel ein wunderbares Studio eröffnet: Monkey Mind. Ich verfolge das ganze Treiben dort schon länger auf Facebook und habe mich deshalb besonders gefreut, Sophia (einer der beiden Gründerinnen) persönlich kennen zu lernen und an einer Stunde von Ihr teilzunehmen.

Meine allererste Yoga-Stunde überhaupt hatte ich vor einigen Jahren bei Iyoti Yoga in Hamburg. Ein wirklich schönes Anusara Yoga Studio, heute von Veronika geführt. Ein Studio, wie man es sich in Hamburg vorstellt. Ein großzügiger Raum in einem schönen Loft im Hinterhaus mitten im Grindel-Viertel.

*My first Yoga lesson of all I times I did several years ago at Iyoti Yoga in Hamburg. It is a really lovely Anusara Yoga Studio, today led by Veronika. A studio as you would imagine a Hamburg-based studio to look like. A spacious room with beautiful loft in a rear house in the middle of the Grindel-district.*

Ich bin mit dem Bus ab nach Altona in das Flying-Yoga Studio und schwupp hing ich auch schon kopfüber. Ich besuchte eine Anti Gravity Aerial Stunde bei Julia. Tolle Erfahrungen mit Anti Gravity Aerial Stunden hatte ich ja bereits in München im Woyo Club gemacht, deshalb wollte ich es in Hamburg natürlich nicht unversucht lassen.

*I took the bus to Altona to visit the Flying Yoga studio and before I knew what was happening I was already hanging upside down. I visited an Anti Gravity Aerial lesson with Julia. I already had a great experience with Anti Gravity Aerial in the Woyo Club in Munich so that I also wanted to give it a try in Hamburg.*
